Dr. Jamie Lynn Matteo was born and raised in the Youngstown/Boardman Ohio area. She attended Cardinal Mooney High School before going on to complete her undergraduate degree in Biology and Chemistry at Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana. (Go Irish!) She attended podiatry school in Cleveland at the now Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. She went on to complete a 3 year Podiatric medicine/ surgical and rear foot reconstructive residency at the Louis Stokes VA Hospital in Cleveland, OH. She came back home to the tri county area and is very excited to be able to provide quality and compassionate care in an area she grew up.

Dr. Matteo currently resides in Canfield with her husband, Michael and their son Jack. In her free time she enjoys crafting, reading, and being with family and friends.

Dr. Erman cares for a wide range of foot and ankle needs, with a special focus on toenail problems, diabetic foot care, and wound care. He is board certified in both podiatry and wound management and also sees patients at the Wound Care Center at MercyHealth St. Joe’s Hospital. His goal is to provide gentle, thorough care that helps patients stay healthy, active, and comfortable.

When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Erman enjoys running, traveling, spending time by the lake, and hiking the trails at Cuyahoga Valley National Park. He also speaks Spanish and is glad to offer care in either language.

Maria has been with A Caring Podiatrist for twenty two years and is the Office Manager for the practice. She and her husband have two grown daughters (one resides in Warren and the other resides in Cleveland), and has two grandsons. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family, travel, read, and scrapbook.

Marie has been with A Caring Podiatrist for fourteen years and is the Medical Assistant for the practice. She has one daughter that resides in Hubbard and one granddaughter. In her spare time, she loves to go camping, hiking, and relax at the beach. Marie is also an animal lover.

Lauren has been a licensed cosmetologist for 26 years. She has worked in the Howland area her whole career. She has two boys and they all enjoy watched WWE Wrestling together. Spending time with family and friends is important to Lauren. She absolutely loves what she does! Making people feel good about themselves and the friendships she’s made with not only her coworkers, but with her clients make her job all worth while!
